More than an academy, ADHS is a movement—uplifting communities, strengthening societies, empowering youth, and advancing working professionals through education, dignity, and opportunity.
Akademi Daya Hospitaliti Siswa (ADHS) is a transformative academy dedicated to creating real opportunities for underserved communities and youth across Malaysia to explore, enter, and thrive in the hospitality industry.
Beyond student development, ADHS empowers school teachers, working professionals, refugees, and hospitality association members through purpose-driven programs addressing critical social issues such as bullying prevention, youth leadership, personal growth, and industry-ready skill development. Under the vision of DHS, ADHS has expanded into a comprehensive, first-of-its-kind academy in Malaysia, offering an inclusive education model where 90% of programs are fully sponsored, and only 10% of participants contribute a minimal registration fee. From career certificate programs to fully sponsored MBA pathways, ADHS removes financial barriers to quality education...... Dr S. Sri Kumar
DHS HELPING JOURNEY SINCE 2016
Empowering Lives. Building Careers. Strengthening Communities through Hospitality.
Since 2016, the Youth Development Program has grown from a modest career initiative into a transformative platform, empowering Malaysian youth and underserved communities through hospitality and tourism training.
2016 – Career Work Skills Program: Launched to equip aspiring hospitality professionals with practical, industry-specific skills. Our first collaboration with SEGI Fresh Hypermarket provided valuable hands-on retail and hospitality experience—laying the foundation for future growth.
2017–2018 – Malaysia Attachment Program: Rebranded and expanded through strategic partnerships with leading industry players including Sushi Kin, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC), Yayasan Atlet Kebangsaan Malaysia, Malaysian Association of the Blind, and MAWSPA. Participants gained diverse experience across hospitality, wellness, events, and retail sectors.
2019–January 2022 – Malaysian Industrial Attachment Program: In partnership with ASIANA and DHS Hospitality Academy, the program evolved into a structured internship and industry attachment initiative, offering real-world exposure in hospitality and tourism.
2022 – Hospitality Cradle Program: Following the ASIANA collaboration, the program was reimagined to focus on holistic youth and community development. Entrepreneurship training was introduced alongside traditional career pathways to foster innovation and self-reliance.
2023 – Hospitality Community Career Entrepreneurship Program: A dual-track approach emphasizing:
Youth Development – Skill-building, career guidance, and employment pathways.
Community Development – Empowering underprivileged groups through hospitality training and job placements, driving social and economic mobility.
2024 – Hospitality Unity Career Program: The latest evolution unites trainees, professionals, and industry partners under a shared vision of collaboration, inclusivity, and sustainability. Together, we are shaping the future of Malaysia’s hospitality sector—one opportunity at a time
